I'm looking at using the new Marzocchi 2002 Shivers on my tracer. I
dont have access to a demo pair, anyone out there tried 125mm travel, Intense say 100mm is best but they didn't say anything about the frame geometry being able to handle it. Cheers!

Actually it is a 02 Psylo SL so it is easily adjustable from 80 to 125mm. I often set it for 125. Most of the time actually. Feels good to me on most the stuff I ride although the handling slows slightly. So on real tight twisty stuff I U-Turn it down to 100. Climbing is also affected but I just scoot up a bit farther.
Im also running a Vanilla R coil on the rear. Heavier than a Float but oh so supple.

I think you will be fine, I am running a Z1 (130 mm) on a STS originally designed for a 80mm fork. Where it really matter (uphill) you will have the ECC to help you out (and what a difference it makes).
