Availability of Romic Rear Shock(3 posts)

Availability of Romic Rear ShockZag
Feb 20, 2002 5:43 AM
I can't find any information about the new Romic rear shocks. Does anyone know if Romic makes (or is planning to make) a rear shock to fit a Rocky Mountain Element (6.5" length - 1.5" stroke)? When and where will these shocks be available?

Thanks.

... (760) 244-4478. It's the best way to contact them. Their website (romicmfg.com) is still under construction and they're better at answering a phone than an email (info@romicmfg.com). The Romic on my Truth is 6½" x 1½", same as your Rocky, so maybe you'll be in luck.

I just got the same exact size. Call them and ask for their direct price and spring wt. Then check Speedgoat and JBMountain for their price. You'll probably save some $'s. Just make sure they know your weight and style so they can properly valve it to your expectations.
They will also switch out springs in case you get the wrong ride quality. good luck
