Can I fit '00 Judy Race lowers and internals onto a set of '01 Judy TT uppers?

Why? Because I have a spare '00 Judy Race sitting around (brand new). I would like to put it on my wife's bike but want to avoid cutting its steerer (she has a bike with a very short headtube and I would like to be able to put the Race on another bike if needed).

Sorry, dont know the answer to the question. You could just cut the steerer long and use some spacers on top of the stem if you dont want to cut it too short. I have to say it looks pretty ugly though.

Most TTs have rolled stanchion tubes, Races use the snap ring so internals are a no go. Be nice to the Mrs. and give her the fork.
