Apr 7, 2002 7:51 AM | | I've got a Marathon S and lately when the shock is in action it makes sucking sort of sounds. It's like I can clearly hear oil flowing thru passages or something. Almost like maybe it's oil and air (cavitation?). I'm new to front suspension so I have no idea if this is normal once it's broken in or does this mean something is wrong (oil level?)? The shock seems to work fine otherwise. Haven't noticed so much as a drop of oil leaking anywhere but the left side seal is leaving black crap on the stanchion. |
