Problem with Psylo Race 2001 - help !(3 posts)

Problem with Psylo Race 2001 - help !Piotrjr

I have a big problem with my Psylo Race 2001 model, so air from negative chamber is leaking
to lower leg space (left). Rock Shox service changed o-rings in negative chamber and it didn't
help. I checked almost everything (it happens in 100 and 125 mm travel settings), bushings are ok.
I also put my Psylo to different bike with 72 head degree (my have 69 head degree) and it is still
Leaking. So I ask you to help me because I have no idea how to fix it.

O-rings are pretty much about the only item that can go wrong in a Race for air leakage. I've had one apart last year at the shop, and I believe there were only about 4 or 5 o-rings in the whole deal. I've got an '01 and an '02 P-Race on two bikes. I had one of them apart nearly a year ago, and it was quite simple. It's hard to believe a service department missed a real problem with it. Are you sure you're not just having a schrader valve problem?

Yes I checked valve, and it is ok. And also i checked all o-rings (in left leg) and they are looking also ok. I will bring it again to Rock Shox service to change o-rings and then we will see.
