Apr 7, 2002 5:56 PM | | Hey im lookin 4 a new fork 4 under $325. I like RockShox features. Im trying 2 decide between XC and the SL. The SL is lighter and has a lock out feture, but ive read a bunch of reviews stating problems with oil leaking and long waiting times from customer service from RockShox. The XC on the other hand is heavier and is pretty much the same except 4 the lockout feature, and is also cheaper. Has any1 heard about the SL's being fixed or wutnot. If u have another suggestion 4 a fork under 325 with good quality plz respond. Thnx

Might also suggest Marz Z1 Wedge or Duke XC or SL (not sure if they come in 4" models), or a Manitou Black (don't know the model names ) all worth looking at. |

Apr 8, 2002 12:54 AM | | the 2001 Psylo XC is a lemon.i had the right bushing &!$* up 2 times and the all variable adjuster would not extend to 125mm of travel.its a garbage fork! when it was riding it bottomed out even over a little curbside!
save your money and buy a Marzocchi!!

Have no clue why i would tell you that but you know. |
