Adapter for 74 mm Manitou disk tabs to 51mm 2000 Judy?ToddW

I have some mechanical disk brakes that came off a manitou magnum shock with 74mm tabs. I want to put the disk brakes on a 2000 Judy Race that has the standard 51mm tabs. I've seen adapters from Hayes but am not sure one of those would work, does anyone know?
