Use roughly 15 - 33% travel sag in the rear to balance the feel you want in bob and braking dive of your fork. Normally the sag is about even percentage front to rear, but it depends on your use.

Start about 20 - 25% sag front and rear and go for a ride with your air pump and try a litle more or less sag at either end. You find a balance that works better for you that way. And carry that pump for a few rides and tweek with the settings, and note what you like for later reference when you top up the shock, since it will bleed down normally over a couple months of frequent use ride time.
