I apologize if I spelled your last name incorrectly. Anyway, I've been trying to access the Customer Support section of your site, but whenever I try to register, I get errors. I have a 2001 Z5 Air (set at 80mm) that came on my 2001 Giant Rainier SE. How do I convert it to 100mm air? THANKS!

all you need to do is get a set of rebound springs for a 100mm travel Z5. Install them and you're at 100mm. It's really that simple. The rebound springs in the 80mm travel fork are 20mm longer than the ones in the 100mm travel fork. The rebound springs determine how far the fork can extend. With 20mm shorter springs your fork will extend another 20mm giving you a total of 100mm of travel. You should be able to order them from any competant LBS or a Marzocchi dealer.
