Marathon, disc fitment problems..Brian Peterson???Lothar of the Hill People

Just mounted Formula discs with IS mount to the Marathon 100 and the pads don't completely contact the disc...it seems that the mount positions the caliper too far above the rotor. Anyone else have similar problems with the Marathon. BTW, I mounted this same setup on my 2001 xfly and 1998 Sram Shox Judy and everything works fine. What gives?? Is the Marathon disc mount something other than IS??? I can't believe the designers would overlook something like this.
