Another reason why Cane Creek is great!BVBR

Just called Doug at Cane Creek RE: the eyelet bushings on my AD-12 on my SC Superlight (they've developed a little play after being ridden hard for a year). He's sending me new bushings free of charge. Rock on Cane Creek!
Heck yeah, Doug at CC is allright...Dirt Pilot

...I had 3 rides on the AD12 on my new Isis and the negative chaimber seal went south. I talked him into sending out a new shock right away...had it in two days. He took my credit card # so he could charge me if I did'nt return the bad one back to him within a coupla' weeks. (Yikes! $275...you bet I returned it quick!)

Only two days of downtime and the weather was lousy (January) anyway.

Ditto!!!!!
They rebuilt my 1 1/2 year old wheel, no charge. I only had to pay shipping to them, they paid to send it back to me.
Bet you can't top this...Sunny

Went something like this:
I sent my old AD-10 for modification to lengthen the i-2-i (was told would cost $35)
Cane Creek rebuilt it free of charge, BUT did not lengthen the i-2-i AND had the wrong address on package. Took extra weeks for it to arrive.
After emailing Doug, he sent out a NEW AD-12 NO Charge!!!

Beat that!
