Thanks Tokyo.

Marathon owners measure your forks. Not crappy wooden ruler measurements either. You'll need something accurate like a machinists caliper. Measure your IS disk mounts. Measure center of axle to center of each hole. And measure hole to hole. Measurements for International Standard should be 87.3 +/- 0.1mm to top hole, 49.7 +/- 0.1mm to bottom hole, and 51mm hole to hole.

My Marathon is 51mm axle to bottom hole (too long), which causes my disc caliper to not align properly, which thereby causes the brake pads to not completely contact the rotor....resulting in massive reduction in braking power with discs. I can't possibly believe I'm the only one in the world to have this problem so lets see how many of these are out there.

Also, how about other Marathon owners with discs. What disc brakes are you using and do your disc pads completely contact the rotor?
