| M-speed FSR bearing kit available??? | BVT Jun 5, 2002 8:22 AM | | I am looking for a Mountainspeed full rear bearing kit for my 1998 FSR GC Comp. I can't find one on any of the big online retailers. Anybody know where I can get one? I'd consider ordering from your LBS, etc. Thanks. |
| Get the BETD kit... | Ian (in Chamonix) Jun 6, 2002 4:12 AM | | I would get the BETD kit, as I have done. It's cheaper, better, stiffer, has three travel adjustment settings, comes with fully sealed bearing kit (get the A link kit too) and you can get one on line from Bob@betd.co.uk in England.
I found the Mountainspeed kits hard to find, very expensive and heavier than the BETD one. They also (I have seen two) break easily.
Hope this helps. I think that the two parts of the BETD kit will give you all four linkages sealed bearings, up to 5" travel, for $200 or less.

| www.mountainspeed.com | Brandon Jun 6, 2002 8:05 AM | | Is their website. They deal direct to the public. Some of the older linkages aren't produced anymore. |
