Will a Mars Super flex to much when used with disc brakes.

You'll get more lateral flex in a Mars than on a Black, Duke, Marathon or shorter travel Psylo, but it will not be enough to effect either your braking or steering very noticeably at all.

The SID is really the XC fork to worry about using discs with. Not recommended at all...

but not enough for me to stop using my discs.

I've got a Mars Elite/6" Louise disc on my XC bike and a Boxxer/8" Hayes on the freeride rig. Riding 'em back to back, I can feel the flex in the Mars, but like I said it isn't enough to make me pull the discs off.
