On the bike though, this may not be true: if you run say one quarter of the travel as sag with both forks, then when you sit on the bike the 100mm Duke will only sit 15mm higher, not 20mm.
If your bike was designed around a 20mm travel fork, then a 100mm travel fork generally will be OK. And as it is an air fork it is dead easy to fiddle with the spring rate/ sag levels and find something that suits. |
