	I've been told that the factory springs are made for a 170-180 pound rider. If I'm up at 220-230, should I be looking for stiffer springs? And if so, how easy are they to buy/install? Thanks for any feedback.

	Very easy on both accounts. You should have know trouble doing it yourself. You can download a service manual from the Rock Shox website.
