The Difference Between SSV and SSVF valving in ZokesJasonC.

I was wondering what the difference is the ssv and the ssvf, i have a z1 wedge with ssv, and was windering if the ssvf would make a difference.

I am wondering this, because I am about to order new springs, and i though if the fork is apart, then why not get the ssvf upgrade that i can get.

Does anyone have any idea what that upgrade costs.

Oh and one last thing, what does SSV and SSVF stand for? if you know?

Thanks for you help
