Help! Spring rate spcifications. What does this mean...?Tscheezy

Mountainspeed springs have a number after the compression travel length and spring rate. What does it mean?

For instance they have a "2.0 inch 550lb x 56" or "2.8 inch 300lb x 71" What do the 56 and 71 designate? Is it the shock body diameter or something?

Thanks!

The first number is spring rate, the second number is the maximum stroke of shock the spring will be used on. (ie 56mm = 2" and 71mm = 2.8")
