I currently run an 01 Judy SL. I like the fork but my new disks are killing the bushings so I want to upgrade. What I want to know is if RS has fixed the bushing problems on there 03 forks? Im looking at the PSYLO XC, I just dont want a repeat performance with the bushings. I also like the FOX FORXs but they are a bit pricey.

They fixed the bushings for their 2002 forks. I don't think they have changed them for 2003.

I own both an '01 and '02 Psylo and they successfully addressed their bushing problems with their 2002 forks (at least in my opinion). 2003 should be even better

I don't know if the bushings will be better for 2003, and I think the 2002 bushings are great. There are some nice improvements for the new psylos, such as the stiffer crown, but no reason for me to upgrade my 2002 psylo sl tullio to the 2003 model. If they had switched to 32mm stanchions (which they are supposedly doing for 2004) and updated the pure system I might consider it, but as it stands the only thing I will buy are the new u-turn and compression dials, which have the rubber coating.

I'm looking at fox and marzocchi for my next fork.
