how do you adjust a fifth element. its so confusing. so many little knobs and would like to know how to adjust it. anyone have any preffered settings for freeriding and being 95-100 lbs.

first check the owners manual available at their website? check out http://www.progressivesuspension.com/documents/5th-element.html

They give a proper tuning sequence you must follow to properly set things up, since some of the settings affect others. Keep in mind that at your weight, the spring is most likely too stiff so you may not be able to get the shock set up right or your bikes full travel. So you may have to look into a softer one.
