Sorry for the double post. Thought a proper title might get more discussion, and I also had suddenly forgot how to use the English language. :)

-What is the max rider weight for the '03 Forx Vanilla springs? I go about 235, but honestly ride like I'm 260. I'm a point and shoot rider, plow and go. I also like my forks to sag no more than 25%. Will I have problems springing a Vanilla Forx set at 4"?

-Is the shim stack rebuildable by the user (or actually by someone who knows what they are doing, not me) to achieve heavier compression damping to slow the stroke and resist bottoming?

-Can you tune the Fox open bath system to resist bottoming by raising oil height like a Marzocchi?

-Would changing the oil weight of a Vanilla R achieve the same result as adjusting the compression on the RLC?

I really love Marzocchi's. I have become very capable at tuning them to my liking. However, the newest offerings are getting too tall for the travel they offer, and too heavy for my XC bike. Fox seems to be second place in my book, thus the questions.

Thanks.
