Need help on Marzocchi oil level...kam

so i wanna give my 2000 z2 atom 80 a oil change (it's a rainy day here in so. cal). i went to zoke's website and it states that the correct oil level for my weight is 45mm from the oil level to the top of the stanchions at the "end stroke position". is that the level with the fork fully compressed or with the fork fully extended? sorry for the lame @ss question, it's the first time i'm servicing the fork. thanks in advance.
