To all 03 rock shox SID race users. Does your fork

A. not respond well over small bumps low and high speed.

B. feel like a pogo stick down 1-2 foot drops

c. not hold any air in the negative air chamber.

D. leek oil when adjusting the negative chamber.

MY FORK DOES ALL THESE THINGS! Yes, it is a bit annoying. Does anyone else have these problems? I dont know whether to bring it back to the shop or e-mail ROCK SHOX complaining about it. I was going to get the marz marathon, now i think i should of. Thanks in advance for any replys.

As for C and D it sounds like your air valve may be sticking. Go to the Auto repair store and get a new valve core and valve core tool and replace it. I think 4 valves cost $1.00 and will take 2 minutes to replace. Turn the bike upside down when you adjust the negative air to help prevent leaking. As for the shock mine works great. I have it set up at 90+ and 85-. I weigh in at 140lbs and race the hell out of it.
