Mar 16, 2003 6:38 PM | | and was quite impressed with their speedy & helpful customer service. Late for my 1 year service, I had problems setting the sag correctly on my '02 Uzzi SLX... With a trip to Moab a week away, I worried all was lost. So after phoning Progressive, I shipped them the shock Monday. Wednesday we spoke on the phone to arrange payment-they'd already replaced the piggyback platform (from an untimely seatpost-reservoir contact last season), new seals, valving, spring keeper, & overhauled. They even called me back afterwards to let me know they re-tuned it for my weight & the Uzzi's 7" travel setting, including a new 450# spring. Now the sag dials in perfectly, and I'm looking forward to breaking this one in on some epic Porc. Rim downhills next week!
