Lowest Oil Level for Z1 MCR ?????YaMon

I am trying to find out the lowest oil level accepetd for a 2001 Z1 MCR. I currently weight about 150 pounds and have the level set at 57mm from the top. I am only getting about 105mm max travel. I am pretty sure I have already switched the springs to medium and have the preload backed off completely. The fork is on my freeride bike and I do up to 5 ft. dropoffs.

Thanks All.

I am exactly your weight and I am getting full travel with the following set up:

1 soft spring (left leg)
1 progressive spring right leg
58mm of 5.0 oil

With this set up I am getting full travel on 3 feee drops or jumping.

If you want a progressive spring or a soft I have one each ... davide@itsa.ucsf.edu
Thanks....I'll Check what I have.YaMon

Davisd -

Thanks for the offer, I may take you up on that. I will check this weekend to see what I have. I believe it is 2 medium springs. The addition of 1 soft may be the ticket.

Wayne ( YaMon).
