Manitou SX-R lost its dampingMWWH

My 2000 Manitou SX-Rs no longer have much in the way of damping. If I assume the cartridge is blown what should I do? Is it easy to fix this problem? Cheers

Check the oil level first. If it has been a while since it was last checked it may be too low.
Go the the tech support at answerproducts.com for more info.

Also try angryasian.com. He'll have experience with repairing/replacing the damping cartridge.
