I't time to rebuild my marzocchi z1mcr and I've never rebuilt a fork before. Does anyone have a link to some good instructions. Or, if it's easy, can you tell me what's involved? I have taken them appart before, but I just want to know if there is more ivolved than just changing out the oil.

Besides what you do for the oil. The bushings should still be ok. So take the lowers off & use a large screwdriver to carefully pry the top seals out. Put a tough piece of rubber or somthing under the driver to protect the fulcrum area under the driver. Now the lower seals are a bit harder. Stick the driver under the seal only enough to grab the aluminum ring inside the seal & pry up with a bit of force. To get the new ones in I used a big 1 1/8 socket I think & pounded them down with a hammer. Lube everything & very carefully slide the shafts thru the new seals & reassemble. Maybe check marz site for more info. Good luck
