setting sag(2 posts)

Putting on a new fork today - MX Pro ETA and was wondering about the set up. Yes I'm going to play around a bit but just for a start. Riding aggressive XC - no big drops or jumps. What sort of percentage do people use. Also - my setup is pretty upright, not much weight on my arms when I'm sitting still - does this affect the amount of sag I should dial in? Just thought that maybe if I put in the reccommended then when I get forward for the fast bits or hit the front brakes the thing might compress to far. Any thoughts?

thanks

The guideline is up to 25% sag, less for a more aggressive riding style. 10% is pretty much the agreed minimum and the rest is largely personal preference.
