ok i got the marzocchi exr air i know this might sound like a dumb question but the fork makes a slurping noise when it gets compressed
is the fork oil too thivk or is this normal ?

normal.

My Bomber Z5 did the same noie thing a few years back.
Yes it is quite normal for an open oil bath fork...Squash

coil or air sprung to make slurping noises when compressed. It's just the oil moving around in the fork. Don't sweat it.
