I know you can't do this stock, BUT does anyone know if I can order some of the parts or have Fox rebuild it.

There is no difference between the F80 RLT and F100 Float, except that F80 internals are designed for 80 mm travel only - that is where the weight savings come from. You would be spending a lot of money for very little weight difference compared to standard Float, not to mention voiding the warranty.

Having said that, someone here did increase the travel to 90 mm by adding some kind of spacer. Do a search in this forum.
