I have a 2003 Jamis XLT 2.0 and my rear FOX Float RL was making "clicking" noises with a little bit of pressure on the rear suspension, especially in the lock-out mode. I checked all the pivots to make sure nothing there was loose or worn and finally determined it was the shock. I sent it back to FOX and It still makes the noise.
