| Swinger SPV shock problem | PTG Aug 4, 2003 9:22 AM | | I got the swinger 4-way shock about a week ago with my new bike. The blow-off chamber's valve stem was loose so I got a tool and tightened it. After a short ride I realized that the blow-off chamber still isnt holding any pressure. Has anyone had a similar experience? If you did, what did you do about it? (Besides getting a replacement from Manitou/Answer) |

Go to any bike store and get new peace that goes into valve. It should not cost over a dollar. It worked on mine. Make sure and test first by putting some spit on vavle and compress shock to see if in fact that's were it's leeking. Good luck David |

| I think he's talking about the valve core. [NM] | AndyH Aug 4, 2003 12:02 PM | | |
