I see a lot of posts about people wanting to know how to set up their 5th shocks. I haven't seen a more simple or comprehensive guide than from Tim Flooks at http://www.tftunedshox.com. I think he's progressive's service center for some part of Europe.

I checked that sight about a week ago when somebody posted it. It is interesting, because his recomendations for setting up the shock are quite different from Progressive's guide and Santa Cruz's guide. His guide seems to address my tastes a bit better.

It is also interesting that there is some variation between the setup guides from Progressive and SC, and when I called Progressive (they have been quite helpful) I got different advice once again, though it landed somewhere between the setup guides from Prog/sc and the the website you mention.
