Forks/Shock set-upla-motor

Anybody have any thoughts about what kind of (Semi Budget) fork/shock set-up would be good for a 215 lb male that rides aggressive xc and some Dj...I'm leaning towards a Marzocchi D-3 and a Cane Creek Cloud Nine...Any other Suggestions?
