Oct 15, 2003 1:43 PM | | Is there any special technique to reinstalling a fork? I had to send mine back for for some work and was wondering if I needed to do anything special. It already has the star nut in the crown. Can I just put it in the frame and tighten the stem back on? or is there more to it? Thanks |

Oct 15, 2003 1:46 PM | | It looks like a spacer/washer that goes on the bottom of the steerer/top of the crown of the fork.
If so, I'd just make sure that the headset's greased and just install the fork... |
