| Zocchi service help...kinda stoopid question | wXman Jan 10, 2004 11:45 PM | | My son's brand new 2003 SuperT is leaking LOTS of oil out the R-leg. I'm thinking the seal is gone. I've never serviced a fork to date, and need some sort of guide that walks one through the whole process of breaking it down, changing oil and replacing seals...preferably with pics....anything like that exist online??? Yeah the manual has "some" stuff..but gawd it suxxors for the details!! I've read several of the posts here and got enough information to be dangerous with a wrench ;-) Anyone willing to guide/tutor a fledging fork mechanic in the right direction would be appreciated.

| 'Zoke has a tech manual on CD for $14... | Bikezilla Jan 12, 2004 8:18 AM | | IMO Zoke really should just put it on their website. To bad they don't. If you are really in need of this info, call 'Zoke and have them send you the CD.
There is also a multi-brand user/owner fork website, maybe they have some tips there: http://www.angryasian.com/
I've only glanced at it, if nothing else, perhaps they have some helpful links?

| also check enduro fork seals website | logbiter Jan 12, 2004 9:48 AM | | I'm not familiar with the DC forks, but there is good instructions there for a single crown (ie atom) which should help you on your way. If you shoot Chris an email there, he should be able to help you with differences.
Also great seals and cheaper than OEM!

| Perfect! | wXman Jan 12, 2004 4:15 PM | | Hey biter,
TY! that was exactly what I was looking for. It is always easier for me to perform a new task when I've seen "about" what it should look like once the bolts are off. Thanks!
