human contact at Marzocchi.UriBT

I'll try to cut a long story short. I have a Z3, under warranty, it has a tiny crack at where the stanchion meets the crown. This is a known problem for this line of Marzocchi forks and their site indicates that.
The distributor in Israel didn't help at all (claiming they shouldn't because it's a 01 fork and they are they are distributors only since 03). I used the technical help form at the Marzocchi website and the one that is meant for just asking questions and got no reply at all. I also mailed Marzocchi Asia and Marzocchi USA - nothing. It's been almost two weeks now since I first tried to contact Marzocchi.

I'd appreciate a kind word, a useful E-mail address or a phone number that might help me get some human contact.
