Sherman Firefly Prelaod?(1 post)

Sherman Firefly Prelaod?sh0rty

I have read mixed reviews about Sherman Firefly's. Some people complaining that there is no pre-load on them, others complaining that the "pre-load dial gets jammed".

Which is it, do the Shermans have a pre-load, or not?

If there is no pre-load (or air-asist) on these forks, how are you able to adjust the sag on these forks? (there is no way 3 different spring weights can be "good enough" for every weight of rider without some sort of fine adjustment)

I a Clyde. rider (270+ lbs), and I'm wondering if I should even concider this fork. Would I be able to set the appropriat sag, or will I lose half the travel to sag due to my weight?
