Contents in water bottel during a race.Trek Racer X

What do you guys have in your water bottles during a race? (Or in your camelbacks.) My friend has watered down Gatorade, plus salt, and some sort of Energy Carbohydrate powder mix. (He shakes it all up, and it swirls a funny green-purple color.
Anyway, I can't just have H2O in my Camelback or water bottle, because I know I need some type of elocrolyte/carbohydrate replenisher.

Any response is appreciated.

Concrete. So I can pitch it at whoever is challenging me in a sprint for the finish.
