Crash training regime for a long rideHenry

I need your training advise on how to get ready for a 60 mile ride event I plan to take within 4 weeks (March 24th). This is not a race and I'm just aiming to finish the event in good shape to celebrate. The longest ride I've taken was a 50 mile trip years ago. Two weeks ago I took a 30-mile ride and finished in pretty good shape so I decided to step it up. I've been riding 4 days/week for an hour since then. I work from 7am to 5pm and have a family to keep so time is limited for me. I am not doing intervals or any structured training regime. Just one day on a hilly road and one day for a long ride of about 2 hours. Do you think I will be ready by doing so? Or this is too basic? Your advises/opinions are highly appreciated.
