Anybody see the Discovery Channel adventure race?f4

That was the real deal. There was some great mountain biking on great trails with beautiful scenery. It made me think...what is a typical training week for these people? Does anyone know of a site that would give an example of a program for racing at this level? This is mostly out of curiosity/fascination, but who knows what I might get into in the future.....

Any training websites for these nuts? Thanks.

yeah, i saw it. it was on the other night. that race is pretty hardcore. i don't have any idea what type of training week they have. i would suggest you start looking on the discovery channel's website. the next place i would try are the websites of the sponsors of each team.

if you have any luck, please post the sites. good luck!
