Anyone know of any basic training logs you can download for free off the net? I'm just looking for something basic to keep me motivated while I'm riding the farm roads up at school.

If you have a Palm OS PDA, there's a free download from Handango.com called Trek Tracer. I use it on every ride I take. You put in mileage, speed, time, weather, and can then can compare what you do. Not the best but it may help you see any trending.

Try trainingbible.com. I believe you can use the basic calendar without paying. I don't think you can download it though.

I have one. How do I post it?flat top
