| Any Experience with Polar Power Option? | 2BikeMike Dec 22, 2002 1:51 PM | | I'm thinking of getting one, but heard they were "problematic" when they were first released. Are they worth the money and do they work? I appreciate your opinions.
Thanks,
Mike |

I don't think that the Polar kit is that "problematic". It's just not as accurate or precise as other power measuring systems. But it's also much cheaper than other systems. So from a "you get what you pay for" standpoint, it's not bad. If you're really serious and have the $$$ to drop on a Power-Tap or whatever, then you will get better results. |

(because the training is berry diferent than the races)
the most important think is the safe train and not over pass your limits because if you doit you will have no more energy at the end of the season
and i recomend you to se what it features the polar protrainer xt cycle or protrainer xt (if you alredy have computer on your bicycle).
or if you dont want to spend much money look at the polar m5 or m3 |
