|  Help Me Setup a Workout with my HR monitor please! | Aesop Rock Jan 5, 2003 9:07 PM | | Hola, okay here's my setup...I'm 21 raced sport a year ago, stopped racing since then I've been riding casually and now I'm ready to race again, except this time I'd like to do it right.
So I have a HR monitor and a computer with cadence, please give me the workout I need for a top of sport/expert racer. Which days in which zone, for how long, how many days of rest and how much protein or other suplements I need. I'm 6'2.5" and weigh 175 with about 14%body fat on my Tanita scale.
I know this is a lot to ask but somebody please help me!...thanks in advance. |
