I was thinking of doing a 24 hour race next september.
Any advice on how to train?
Also, what/how much do you eat and drink on the day before and the day of the race?
What about lights? How many battery hours do I need in september in SoCal?
thanks in advance for your help!

There is a lot to learn and a lot I need to learn.

I was 24th in the 24 hours of Adrenalin World Solo Championships last year and will be competing in the worlds this year. I ride with some guys that will be training for a 24 hour race and hoping to qualify for the worlds. I am also in contact with other racers via email regarding there training and how it's going. If you would like to join the email group to ask questions and give answers so we can help each other, send me an email with some questions and/or advice , or just to say how the riding is going.

One thing to remember when doing a 24 hour race solo:

Pain is weakness leaving the body.
