I had a dream last night about a new Friel workout...lol. The code for it was E5b and it combined an indurance ride with mainly muscular endurance intervals but also a force workout and speed skills. Joe Friel "announced" it on his website and said that if a mountain biker or triathlete did a 4 hour E5b ride every week they would basically dominate their local races. Just thought it was kinda funny so I decided to post this...I guess it's what happens when I spend time reading his book and writing training ideas down right before I go to bed.
