Anyone recommends the cadence sensor for the polar 710 ?

Is it worth the money? How can I improve my training with it ?

Thanks in advance

I recommend it. I use it on my road bike and it works very well. I don't bother with a cadence sensor on my MTB because cadence is generally dictated by terrain. But on the road it's useful to analyze your HR vs. cadence to see what kind of pace you can sustain and where you blow up. (This would work on a MTB on smoother, flat terrain also but most trails I ride have steeper hills.) Watching my cadence has helped me to become more of a spinner and to have a more efficient pedal stroke. For $30, I find that it is useful information.
I just got one for my S710.....SS_MB-7

I just got one for my S710 and it's great. I have my road bike mounted on a trainer and most of the workouts I do are based on cadence, gearing and resistance changes. Having all the HR-related info consolidated with speed and cadence is great. I'm not going to bother mounting the cadence kit on my MTB since it is a singlespeed and cadence doesn't matter....I just pedal!
