I went to a sport doctor today to do some tests, to see how my training was helping my body and mi conditions. I have 1 year doing MTB. And 5 years of background doing also MTB, but without too much "discipline".
Well, here are the results:
Aerobic Capacity: 60.7 was mine, elite is 70-75. My zone of training goes from 157-186bpm. Recommended zone to work is between 177bps and 180bps. (Sorry about the first numbers, I forgot the units)
Anaerobic Capacity: Power, my is= 9.3, elite= 10.
And the recommendation was to train 3-5times per week, in a range from 170 to 180bps, for 30-45mins.
If those results, seems a little diff could be because I live outside USA.
So any comments, or opinions about them?
Is always good to know, more than one opinion.

Ps: I`m 19 years old. Was racing in sport, but this year I`m planing to move to expert (too much people in my category).
Max HR is 201bps
low HR is 46bps |
