I just updated my Excel template with the Power phase. It now contains worksheets for your 1rep max, Hypertrophy Phase, Strength Phase Week1, Strength Phase Week2, and Power phase. Plus there is a general template for the 3 week adaptation phase. It was designed to work in conjunction with Dave Morris' book Performance Cycling
Each phase includes a weekly schedule and another worksheet detailing the reps, sets, and weight.
Anyone wants it shoot me an email. And if anyone can be kind enough to post the file somewhere, please post the link here so others can get to it.
Notes: I just guessed on what to do for the sprint intervals, and on what to do for dead lift. Leg press was removed from the power phase, and upper body does the Strength phase week 2 for both weeks of power phase. I often adjust weights in the gym, the template is only a guideline, and is to be used at your own risk.
