5 minute effort @ 80 rpm
2 minute recovery, easy spin
4 minute effort @ 90 rpm
2 minute recovery, easy spin
3 minute effort @ 100 rpm
2 minute recovery, easy spin
2 minute effort @ 110 rpm
2 minute recovery, easy spin
1 minute effort @ 120 rpm
Cool down 10 minutes |
